Refund and Exchange Policy

Please note that due to perishable nature of the products, items that are currently on clearance, or with a Best Before Date of shorter than 3 months are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds or Exchanges will only be processed if:

  • The products were defective upon receipt.
  • The wrong items were delivered.
  • Items are missing from your order.

Do kindly raise a refund or exchange request within 2 days from receipt of the orders here, or notifying our team directly on Facebook Messenger. Amber Nectar reserves the right not to entertain requests after 2 days from date of receipt of the online order.
